Celebrity Birthday: Nonso Diobi

Today (July 17) is the birthday of star actor, Nonso Diobi. He is from Nawfia, in Anambra State (Nigeria). He was born in Enugu (Nigeria). He attended WTC Primary School, Enugu for his primary school education. He attended College of the Immaculate Conception, Enugu for his secondary school education. He attended Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka where he studied Theatre Arts.
Nonso discovered his acting ability in church. The first Nollywood movie in which he appeared was Hatred (2000). Since then he has established himself as one of the major actors in Nigeria. Some of the movies he has featured in include Boy’s Cot, War Game, Black Bra, and Across The Bridge. In 2009, he won the City People Entertainment Awards for Best Actor.
