A few months after celebrity photographer, TY Bello discovered a breadseller, Olajumoke Orisaguna, who later became a top model and internet sensation, another celebrity photographer, Kelechi Amadi-Obi might have just discovered yet another Jumoke.

The celebrity photographer shared photos of a young pillow seller he saw on Broad street, Lagos during a shoot with Jidenna.

“This is Bukola . Some weeks back I was shooting @jidenna on Broad street Lagos and in between takes I saw her across the street selling pillows . Had to call her and give my number. ” if you’re interested in modeling please give me a call” I said. Well she came to the studio and I called my number one MUA @bimpeonakoya and this is what we came up with. I think she will make a great model. What do you think?”

G.O.O.D Music Confirms D’Banj’s Exit

Kanye West’s record label G.O.O.D Music has confirmed D’Banj has left their recording company. Although Banga Lee had stopped claiming he still works with the label a long time ago, words from G.O.O.D Music has been scarce. After signing new artistes, Mygos and Tyga, G.O.O.D Music had released list of artistes under their label and it included D’Banj.

D’Banj and Don Jazzy signed deals with Kanye West’s G.O.O.D Music few years ago. Don Jazzy confirmed his deal was only for a year while D’Banj’s was for 2.

HEADIES AWARD: Entries Opened Ahead Of Its 11th Edition

In the past months, there have been rumours in several corners that Headies show will not hold this year 2016. This is due to the unorganised incident that occurred at the previous Headies Award between Olamide and Don Jazzy.

The organisers have however put out the rumours by calling for entries ahead of this year's edition as a result of its extreme controversial last year.

The Headies secretariat has been opened for entries of music materials for nomination and as announced, only music materials released between July 2015 and June 2016 will be considered for entry. Applicants have until October 31, 2016 to submit their entries.
